1. Introduction

Welcome to Alpha Prop ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Alpha Prop and users when accessing our website and utilizing our services, including proprietary trading accounts.

By registering with Alpha Prop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility and registration

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a resident of sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions as determined by applicable laws.
• You must comply with all relevant financial regulations.

2.2 Registration process

• Traders must register and provide accurate, up-to-date personal information.
• We may require identity verification in accordance with KYC and AML regulations.
• Alpha Prop reserves the right to deny or cancel registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3. Our services

3.1 Trading program

• Alpha Prop provides funded trading accounts to traders based on merit and performance.
• No initial fee is required to access or participate in the evaluation program.
• Traders who meet performance benchmarks may qualify for a funded trading account. Benchmarks are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.

3.2 Demo and simulated trading

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, evaluation accounts may use simulated funds and virtual trading environments. Results in simulated trading do not guarantee future performance in live markets.

4. Trader responsibilities

• Use the services lawfully and in accordance with all posted rules.
• Maintain control of credentials and notify Alpha Prop of suspected unauthorized access.
• Avoid prohibited trading behavior, including manipulation, platform abuse, unauthorized automation, copy trading, or signal-based trading during evaluation unless expressly permitted.
• Trade responsibly and understand that market risk is inherent.

5. Evaluation rules

Alpha Prop may define rules around trading period, trade count, profitable trades, drawdown, leverage, minimum trading days, weekend trading, and account scaling. Failure to follow applicable rules may result in disqualification or account changes.

6. Fees, payouts, and account status

Program structure, payout eligibility, profit splits, account tiers, and account limits may vary over time. Alpha Prop may modify, pause, or terminate access when required for risk management, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The website, brand, content, software, data, and related materials are owned by Alpha Prop or its licensors. You may not copy, misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the services beyond their intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Trading involves risk. Alpha Prop does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee profits, funding, payouts, or any specific trading outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Prop is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to terms

Alpha Prop may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
