1. Introduction

Welcome to Alpha Prop (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Alpha Prop and users (“User,” “Trader,” “you,” or “your”) when accessing our website and utilizing our services, including proprietary trading accounts.

By registering with Alpha Prop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To participate in Alpha Prop’s services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be a resident of sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions as determined by applicable laws.
  • Comply with all relevant financial regulations.

2.2 Registration Process

  • Traders must register on our platform and provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
  • We may require identity verification in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Alpha Prop reserves the right to deny or cancel registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3. Our Services

3.1 Trading Program

  • Alpha Prop provides funded trading accounts to traders based on merit and performance.
  • No initial fee is required to access or participate in our evaluation program.
  • Traders who meet our performance benchmarks may qualify for a funded trading account.These benchmarks are subject to change from time to time, at the sole discretion of the Company.

3.2 Demo & Simulated Trading

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all evaluation accounts use simulated funds and are operated within a virtual trading environment.
  • Alpha Prop does not provide live trading services with user-provided capital.
  • The trader acknowledges that performance in a simulated environment does not guarantee success in real market conditions.

3.3 Evaluation Process

  • Traders will be assessed based on risk management, consistency, and profitability.
  • Passing the evaluation does not guarantee funding, as Alpha Prop retains sole discretion in approving funded accounts.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the evaluation process may result in immediate disqualification.

4. Trading Rules & Prohibited Activities

4.1 Trading Guidelines

Traders must adhere to all rules set forth by Alpha Prop, including but not limited to:

  • Risk management rules, including maximum drawdown limits.
  • Trade execution requirements, ensuring compliance with market conditions.
  • Use of approved trading platforms for executing simulated trades.

Failure to adhere to all rules set forth by Alpha Prop may result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or termination:

  • Exploitative trading techniques, including arbitrage, latency trading, or using external price feeds.
  • Use of automated trading systems (EAs, bots, or scripts) without explicit approval.
  • Use of trade signals or similar 3rd party trade advice.
  • Collusion or coordinated trading between multiple users.
  • Any attempt to misrepresent performance or manipulate trading data.

5. Funded Accounts & Payouts

5.1 Funded Trader Agreement

  • Upon successful evaluation, traders may be offered a funded trading account.
  • Profit-sharing arrangements, risk limits, and compliance obligation terms are outlined on the Alpha Prop website.
  • These terms may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Alpha Prop.
  • Failure to adhere to these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

5.2 Payout Structure

  • Traders in funded accounts may be eligible for profit withdrawals based on a defined payout schedule.
  • Alpha Prop reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected violations of trading rules or fraudulent activity.
  • Payments are calculated solely based on the reports that we generate of your trading activity. We make these reports available to you on at least a monthly basis.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

6.1 Grounds for Termination

Alpha Prop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account if:

  • The trader violates any trading rules or engages in fraudulent activities.
  • The trader provides false or misleading information during registration.
  • The trader fails to comply with risk management policies.
  • The trader fails to meet the performance benchmarks outlined on the Alpha Prop website.

6.2 Appeal Process

  • Traders may submit an appeal if they believe their account was wrongfully terminated.
  • Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Alpha Prop’s discretion.

7. No Investment Advice & Risk Disclosure

  • Alpha Prop does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial counseling.
  • Participation in trading involves significant financial risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Traders should engage in trading only if they understand the risks involved.

8. Tax reporting

  • Reporting income for tax purposes or any other purpose is the sole responsibility of the Trader.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and protect your personal data.
  • Alpha Prop does not share or sell user data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Alpha Prop is not responsible for technical issues, trading losses, or market conditions affecting performance.
  • In no event shall Alpha Prop be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or any consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

11. Amendments & Changes to Terms

  • Alpha Prop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
